ICBC Counselling

Healing takes time — you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Being involved in a motor vehicle accident can be overwhelming. Even when physical injuries heal, the emotional impact can linger and affect daily life, relationships, and your sense of safety.

You may notice increased anxiety while driving or being a passenger, difficulty sleeping, intrusive memories, irritability, or feeling on edge. Some clients experience grief, frustration, or a loss of confidence as they adjust to changes following an accident.

ICBC counselling offers a supportive space to process the emotional effects of your experience at a pace that feels right for you. Our counsellors can help you work through trauma-related symptoms, stress, anxiety, mood changes, and challenges with returning to everyday routines.

If you have an active ICBC claim, counselling sessions may be covered as part of your recovery. We offer direct billing to ICBC, so no payment is required upfront for approved sessions. Please feel free to book your appointment online or contact us to see if ICBC counselling is a good fit for you.

Part of our journey with you will be supporting you in getting closure and providing you with tools and resources to cope during the challenging times.
